This client is delivering fresh fruit boxes to corporate businesses. They pride themselves on locally sourced products and delivering them straight to the businesses door. Friendly and supportive team, they are looking to bring on two client service representatives to help support their busy team. This is a permanent position working with an industry leader

Your new role
You will be supporting businesses and their deliveries, placing orders, following up on lost stock and providing excellent customer service with each interaction. This role is very email based with a few phone calls. They are looking for a customer service expert who can jump into the role and start speaking to clients! There is in person and online training to help you to succeed.

• Can do attitude
• Experience in customer service - contact centre experience is highly regarded
• High attention to detail when processing orders with high data integrity

• Positive personality and eager to learn
