We currently have an opportunity available for a Client Service Consultant to join a multinational Insurance organisation located in Bendigo.

Your new role
In this position you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from new and existing customers to assist them in choosing the right coverage for their business insurance needs. These roles require full time availability to work between during operation hours of 8:30am to 6pm.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you will be a customer focused individual with excellent communication skills, strong ability to build rapport and identify sales opportunities that are in line with customer’s needs
