Client Service Analyst

Experienced client services analyst required to join a reputable financial services institution!

Your new role
This position will be reporting directly to the Managing Director - APAC and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
  • Liaising with clients, stakeholders such as solicitors, lawyers and communicating effectively as required
  • Preparing and producing analysis reports for clients
  • Answering any general inquiries from clients and through the website/phone
  • Supporting the team and providing WebEx portal training for staff and clients as required
  • Crosschecking data input, researching and validating existing and new claims
  • Escalating issues or incorrect data to the Managing Director as required
  • Ensuring sales related queries and tasks are passed to the Managing Director
  • Assisting with onboarding new clients and performing KYCs

What you'll need to succeed
  • Working experience within an client services, analyst or tax reporting position within financial service
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Banking or Finance is highly regarded
  • Tech savvy and able to learn in-house systems quickly
  • High level of attention to detail
