Be part of a very exciting and expanding company that specialises in High End Motor Vehicle Insurance. Due to mass growth they are looking to add a new Claims Officer. This company provides a chilled working environment that doesn't focus on KPI's and instils a great team culture!
Your new role
Working as a Claims Officer you will be;
- Handling end to end claims
- Liaising with Internal & External stakeholders to investigate and settle claims, i.e. - Brokers, Solicitors, Claimants
- Determining what information is needed to repair or settle claim
- Providing updates on Claims progress
- Liaising with 3rd parties to attempt to recover
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful as a Claims Officer, you will have;
- At least 2 years General Insurance experience
- Competency in Excel and Microsoft office products is essential
- Have a solid knowledge of general Insurance legislation and statutory framework
- Proven high level communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
What you'll get in return
If you are successful, you will be receiving;
- An above market salary up to $85,000 + Super
- A role working a minimum 38hrs a week, working Monday to Friday standard business hours
- An opportunity that is both work from home and the office, based in Sydney CBD
