Are a highly established and well recognised insurance company who are looking to recruit a Claims Consultant to join their Brisbane team. The position they are looking for is on a 6 month temporary contract with the opportunity for permanency or extension. Our client is looking for someone who can work full time hours, Mon - Fri for a total of 37.5 hours per week with work from home flexibility.
Your new role
Day to day you will report to the team lead and be responsible for:
- Taking inbound and outbound calls
- Corresponding with relevant stakeholders to provide updates on claims progress
- Update relevant CRM system
- Gathering and documenting relevant information
- Assist and support other team members
What you'll need to succeed
- Prior customer service preferred with call centre experience desirable
- Be able to handle various systems and processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage customers over the phone
- Ability to work in a team/ KPI environment
