Your new role
You will be a Civil Supervisor who oversees the construction activities on civil infrastructure projects in the north and far north Queensland region.

Reporting into the Project Manager you will be responsible for:

• The development and implementation of the onsite construction schedule and programme
• Ensuring that project milestones are met
• Reviewing and ensuring that the project is delivered in accordance with the approved Quality Management Plan
• Coordinating construction activities to minimise delays to the project.
• Carry out internal audits, investigation into non conformance, and preparation of progress claims.

This role will require you to work on a 3:1 FIFO/DIDO roster (Alternative rosters negotiable based upon project requirements and candidate location)

What you'll need to succeed

• Relevant experience as a Civil Supervisor on a minimum R2 classified projects.
• Cert IV in Civil Construction
