Due to a high demand for Chefs and the increasing need for skilled staff within the Industry, Hays are seeking experienced bulk catering Chefs to join a challenging and fast paced environment on large facilities within the Darwin area.
As a qualified Chef you will be responsible for the menu development and meal service across a number of different Mess’.
Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrate relevant bulk catering experience
- Possess the ability to work in a high volume and fast pace environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ensure the safety of your duties are in line with HACCP requirements
- Supporting and guiding all kitchen staff
- Minimum of Commercial Cookery Certificate III or equivalent
- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Ability to obtain a Police Check
- Above Modern Awards rates $$$
