Your new company
This major aged cared organisation are looking for a change manager to join this central change team to deliver enterprise wide projects.

Your new role
You will work closely with the SCM to deliver across a range of projects including technology, process and cultural change. You will be tasked with both end to end delivery, as well as coaching the business on how to deliver their own change projects.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have;
  • Proven experience delivering successful change projects
  • Diverse project and stakeholder experience
  • Proven ability to delivery multiple projects at one time
  • Collaborative and friendly approach

What you'll get in return
You will get the security of a permanent position with a salary package of $160,000 + NFP benefits. You will work with a small and collaborative change team to help deliver better services to the aged care industry.
