You will be joining a leading Higher Education Institution based in Sydney's CBD. You will be part of a collaborative change team, delivering change initiatives for a complex program of work that sits within HR.

Your new role
As Change Analyst, you will be supporting the Change Manager by conducting change impact assessments, workshops, and managing diverse stakeholders. You will help prepare for business readiness and develop and distribute surveys. This is a new stream of work involving cultural/behavioural change, therefore requires buy-in from challenging stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Change Analyst experienced in large/complex projects of work and will have a demonstrated ability to communicate and engage effectively to diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering change initiatives relating to behavioural/cultural changes in large organisations.

What you'll get in return
You will gain a 8m contract with high chance of extension and earn up to $750 per day + super. You will have flexible working arrangements and have the support and guidance of a Change Manager. you will gain exposure to a variety change management deliverables that will further your development.
