Casual Customer Service Officer

A well-reputed company is seeking casual part time Customer Service Officer to join their team

Your new company
This company specialises in providing a range of health and safety services for organisations including drug and alcohol testing, employee vaccinations and Covid-19 initiatives such as temperature screening. They also offer a variety of health and safety training and education courses for companies.

Your new role
This role will include providing a high level of service to their customers via telephone and email enquiries. Some of your responsibilities will include:
  • Answering phone calls and responding to queries in a timely manner
  • Responding to emails
  • Processing payments and managing collections
  • Entering data to various systems
  • Liaising with external vendors and scheduling appointments
  • Additional administration duties as required

What you'll need to succeed

You will require the following skills and attributes to be successful in this role.
  • Previous experience working in a contact centre
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Computer skills including, typing skills, excel use, outlook use and skype use
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and work over multiple systems
  • Demonstrated the ability to work in a team while also being able to work autonomously
