Your new role
This role is to assist in the operations and management of multiple multi-storey car parks. This is inclusive of the following responsibilities:
- Smooth traffic control and management of congestion to ensure a safe and functional car park
- Monitor boom gates and pay stations through CCTV, intercom and remote access equipment
- Liaise with contractors including security, cleaners and maintenance officers
- Routine WHS inspections
What you'll need to succeed
If you are able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment you will be suitable for this role. Strong communication skills are required to engage with customers and colleagues. Previous experience in a customer service position if not a car park attendant role is ideal. You must have a current Class C Driver's licence. Beneficial but not required attributes will be experience working within a facility management team, first aid certificate and a traffic control blue card. You must have availability to work Saturdays.
