Govt HR Call Centre role – $25 - $39 per hour excl super – Contract until 9th September - Rotating Roster

This reputable government organisation based in Western Sydney is seeking multiple Human Resources Call Centre Operators to join and support their services.

Your new role
  • Provide administrative support services including the processing of documentation associated with services within the respective portfolios, good customer service whilst maintaining a high standard of confidentiality and privacy. Provide high level administrative, clerical services and generation of Microsoft Word documentation.
  • Handle and/or refer telephone enquiries regarding recruitment, related employment services matters, project implementation, learning and development programs and other administrative matters.
  • Maintain recruitment, human resources and other project information systems and related databases including data entry and standard management reporting. Manage, monitor and report on key performance indicators as they relate to the position.
  • Be willing to travel according to the needs of the Directorate.

What you'll need to succeed
  • A valid Driver’s License is required for this role
  • Be available to work a rotating roster, further details below
  • Be highly empathetic and resilience, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have customer service or call centre experience
  • Be tech-savvy and confident navigating between multiple systems at a time, as well as competency with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Be proactive and positive, with a strong ability to troubleshoot issues independently

What you'll get in return
On offer to you is a HR call centre position assisting a reputable government department on a 2-month assignment at a pay range of $25 - $39 per hour excl super. In return you will be working a Rotating Roster (1 week working 6am – 2:30pm and 2 weeks working 9:30am – 6pm rotating there on) Monday – Friday. You will be working in a supportive team in their Western Sydney-based location. The contract is looking to start ASAP.
