The Company is on of Australia's largest construction material and equipment producers. It is a company with a long history within its field, the BA will be part of the Operational Technology Department working along side the OT and IT division and other areas of the business.

Your new role

The role A technical business analyst that will be working in the operational and project spaces within the organisation. In the role you will be finding the business requirements and ensure that the business and the end user’s needs and requirements are met with the delivered solutions. The role is in Munster WA

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and implement business process initiatives both small and mediums sized
• Facilitation with user groups to gather end user requirements
• Workflow analysis and building process maps to find isolated areas that could be improved
• Create functional specifications to the desired outcome of a system enhancement or system development
• Produce technical specifications to illustrate user requirements in technical terms for analyst programmers and project teams
• Coordinate UAT to ensure efficiency and user friendliness of the system enhancement
• Provide training and assistance to end users who are following the implementation
• Assist in technical support and knowledge transfer for the wider business
• Deliver quality customer service from business analysis

What you'll need to succeed

• IT industry experience
• Proven experience in analysing, isolating and interpret business requirements and provide technical solutions The ability to translate business needs to technical specifications to be implemented
• Excellent communication abilities, be able to communicate with end users and IT employees
• An understanding of all aspects of system and software development lifecycle
• Technical knowledge of programming, system design, IT infrastructure and database concepts
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Azure Familiarity with Atlassian and Microsoft Applications (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps) to manage workflows and documentation
