In this position based at our head office in Mulgrave, Victoria, you will join a high performing IT team and will be the primary IT contact ensuring that business-orientated end-to-end IT Infrastructure solutions are provided. Your new role

• Primary Business Partner Contact for business and vendor for all IT Infrastructure topics such as consulting, new standard demands and vendor performance
• Supporting end-to-end solutions based on in-depth understanding of customer needs

• Vendor Management – Transition and Transformation of Outsourced partner (Incident, change, problem management)
• Governance – Contract Management, Financial Management, Major Incident Manager (MIM) and Stakeholder Management

• Infrastructure Project Management – including outsourced partner transformation support, (e.g. data centre transformation migration to cloud and office refurbishment infrastructure projects)

What you'll need to succeed

• Information Technology Degree
• 5+ years’ experience in the IT Infrastructure environment
• Strategic thinking coupled with excellent negotiations, communication and presentation skills
• Exceptional customer orientation and organisational skills (including time management and planning
• Experience in IT service management and knowledge of tools
• ITIL V3 knowledge
• Knowledge of Agile project management methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
