Your new role
Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring that manufacturing and fixed/ mobile asphalt plant complies with relevant safety standards
• Ensure equipment is mechanically sound for operational purposes and to allow the business to meet objectives
• Completing maintenance tasks relating to the asphalt plants
• Ensure compliance and safety maintained in all areas
• Ensure plant equipment is maintained to a high standard
• Complete daily pre-starts and plant inspections
• Monitoring plant equipment for any defects

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role within this area will lead to your success, you will also possess:

• Trade Certified Fitter or Boiler Maker
• Previous Maintenance fitter experience in a fixed plant environment
• Strong welding and fabrication skills and knowledge
• Experience replacing motors and bearings (desired)
• Strong commitment to all areas of safety
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Enjoy developing and maintaining strong working relationships
