Your new role
As the Assistant General Manager you report directly to the General Manager supporting the overall operations, staff management and financial performance of the business. With 9 direct reports supporting your departments, you will be responsible for directing, motivating, and influencing each department to build a productive, high performing and collaborative team.

This is a hands-on role with the purpose of ensuring the consistency, quality and integrity of the business are always maintained and the customers’ expectations are exceeded. You will portray robust leadership, strong communication skills, coupled with strategic planning aptitude to think outside of the box and build a focused, committed, and positive team culture. This is a live on position, with accommodation and food included, Free transfers also included.

What you'll need to succeed
We seek to appoint an experienced and well-established individual, who is hands on, highly ambitious, and thrives within the demands of a fast-moving company. We can consider applications from various business sectors however management experience in Front Office positions as well as tourism and hospitality industry are essential, with a genuine enthusiasm for working within a remote environment.

The successful candidate will have previous management experience from a commercial setting and relevant skills, as well as proven experience in an Assistant General Manager position. We are seeking someone with natural problem-solving skills, good financial understanding, and the ability to liaise with various stakeholders. This position would appeal to those who are seeking longevity and career progression.
