Your new role
Reporting into the Senior Compliance Manager, you will cover the below responsibilities:

  • Deal with regulatory authorities for external queries
  • Conduct legal and compliance on topical areas
  • Prepare compliance reports for management and Head Office
  • Follow up on committee action areas for compliance and assist in implementing
  • Regulatory lodgements
  • Carry out policy and procedure reviews
  • Compliance training to some areas of the business


What you'll need to succeed
  • Tertiary qualification in a related discipline is preferred
  • Some exposure to legal/compliance is preferred and a law background would be desirable
  • Excellent spoken and written language abilities in Mandarin and English
  • Understanding of Financial Services and Banking
  • Permanent Australian Residents or Australia/NZ Citizenship
