This organisation is one of Australia’s leading Group Training Organisations (GTO’s) and is focused in offering Apprenticeship programmes nationwide. This organisation is looking for an Apprenticeship Enrolments Coordinator to work in the South of Sydney - Sutherland Shire Region (Menai, Miranda and Cronulla locations etc.). Your new role
Your new position as an Apprenticeship Enrolments Coordinator will entail a broad range of responsibilities throughout the Team, including organising enrolment and information sessions for apprentices and employers. You’ll be travelling to employer workplaces to complete the necessary enrolment paperwork for new students. In addition, engaging with the students and employers, delivering an excellent customer service as their first point of contact for the start of their training programmes. Building a relationship and being their account manager point of contact. You will be able to build rapport and develop relationships, identifying new business opportunities. You’ll be working from home remotely and travelling to the client venues. This role will entail a lot of administration and compliance, processing paperwork and updating the database.

What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful candidate for this role you will have the ability to apply yourself to a fast paced work environment. You’ll have your NSW Driving licence. You’ll be an excellent communicator, who is highly organised and is able to engage with students, employers, trainers and the rest of the team effectively. Furthermore, previous experience working in the education is advantageous but not essential. Only candidates that live locally to the South of Sydney - Sutherland Shire region or surrounds areas will be considered, due to the fact the employers that you will be visiting will be based in this area and have to be accessible to travel to work from home, outside of your meetings.

What you'll get in return
This is an exciting role that gives you the autonomy to make the role your own and manage your own time, with work from home when you are not out attending meetings. This role will be remunerated between salary of $70k - $75k + super subject to your skills and experience. In addition, you will be provided with a fully maintained car, including a fuel card/tags; that can be used for personal use with no restrictions.
