This aged care organisation has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist / Administrator to join their team in a temporary role in their Southbank Office.
Your new role
- Reception duties including answers calls, emails, greeting visitors and managing deliveries & mail
- You will be the first point of contact for family members wanting to learn more information about placing family members in Aged Care Facilities
- Help to assist with inquiries and walking family members through the process, answering questions and providing pricing information
- Booking Tours / liaising with Aged Care facilities
- Transferring calls to the relevant team member if required
- Data Entry duties (Excel basic)
- Ad hoc duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in reception/administration
- Experience working within Aged Care is ideal but not essential
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Computer Literacy skills (experience using Microsoft Suite)
- Strong attention to detail
- Compassionate and excellent customer service skills
- 3 x Vaccinations Required
What you'll get in return

- $30 - $35 per hour + Super
- 3-4 Weeks role with the possibility of extension
- You will be working Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
- Working from their Southbank office which is close to public transport
