At Hays we are working with a large security business based on the South side of Brisbane in the Logan City area, this company is known for their refined customer service, delivering products of the highest standard. Due to movement in their administration team, there is now an opportunity for a sales administrator to join them on an ongoing casual basis.
Your new role
This role will have you reporting directly to the office manager & director of the business. Every day is different and your job duties include but are not limited to:
What you'll need to succeed
- High level data entry
- Handling inbound customer enquiries
- Managing shared inboxes
- Ordering of equipment and office supplies
- Reporting for various departments
- General adhoc administration
The successful applicant will be an experienced Administrator with experience working in a busy & fast paced environment. You must be willing to take on challenges, manage conflicting deadlines and possess a professional attitude. It is essential that you are articulate with superior attention to detail. You will possess strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and take pride in your high quality of work.
