  • Processing invoices and purchase orders
  • Ensuring orders are completed in a timely manner
  • Liaising with stakeholders
  • Inbox management
  • Establishing new client relationships

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar Administrative role will lead you to success as will:
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency using IT systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
