Federal Government / Administration Co-ordinator / 12 Month Temp Role / $130,000 - $160,000

Your new company

In this 12 Month role you will be working as an Administrative Coordinator within a Federal Government organisation based in Melbourne. You will be responsible for providing effective, consistent, and accurate and timely support across all administrative and support activities.

You will work closely with the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer and all the members of the Leadership team to ensure a consistent approach and purpose in all work undertaken to achieve group and business outcomes.

Your new role

  • Attend meetings and capture minutes & staff actions and track and report on completion of staff actions
  • Prepare meeting packs and provide logistic support for internal and external meeting agendas, documentation and catering.
  • Co-ordinate information and prepare reports.
  • Coordinating the approval of property and lease documentation
  • Maintain a corporate credit card and acquittal of associated expenditure.
  • Travel co-ordination (ProMaster) and events management.
  • Strong diary/ calendar Management.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve existing systems and processes.
  • Monitoring and processing correspondence; answering telephone calls; reviewing action item registers; verifying accuracy of monthly reports; maintaining various systems and applications.
  • Liaise with internal and external Stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for C-Suite EA's, high level Office managers or Chief Project/ Financial Officers.

  • AUSTRALIAN CITIZENS Only.
  • Based in MELBOURNE.
  • High level of competency in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Demonstrated experience in performing administrative duties, including the production of written material in a fast-paced project driven environment.
  • Previous project coordination/ group administrative experience would be beneficial.
  • Proven experience in producing written material.
