Administration Officer/Receptionist

Global IT Infrastructure company located on on the North Shore looking for a Receptionist/Administrator

Your new company
This company is a supplier of IT infrastructure to a variety of industries across the world. Currently experiencing a period of growth, they are looking for a front of house Receptionist to meet and greet clients while providing administration support to the rest of the team.

Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing front desk reception
  • Fleet management
  • Booking travel and accommodation for Directors
  • Coordinating team events
  • Administration support to senior management

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have had previous experience of working in large company as an administrator. You'll be able to prioritise multiple tasks and take pride in being the go to person in the office for staff who need administration support. Ideally you will have a certificate or diploma in Business Administration and be able to hit deadlines. Strong MS Office experience and a professional manner are essential for this role.
