Your new role
Looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join the team. This role will include responsibilities such as:
- Reception, answering incoming telephone calls as required and attending to the reception area
- Provide administrative support as required
- Maintain current employee folders and licencing
- Timely follow up of employee queries through telephone and email communication
- Uniform stock control, including issuing uniforms and completing stocktakes
- Management of email inboxes
- Generating reports
- Data entry
What you'll need to succeed
- Resourceful, able to show initiative and work proactively
- Good customer service skills, ability to problem solve.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure;
- Organisation skills and high level of attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic
