It is an independent school which is committed to the personal and academic potential of each child and they’re looking for someone who shares these values and goals.
Your new role
In your new role as Admin Coordinator some of your duties will include:
- Supporting the Director of Development with the school’s fundraising goals
- Day to day administration tasks associated with the operation of the department
- Liaising with the Accounts Department regarding donations and events
- Maintaining the internal system and updating the database
- Respond to e-mails and telephone enquiries for this department
- Preparation of invitations and management of RSVPs for events
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Advanced communication skills
- Pro-active and organised approach to work
- Microsoft Office and Database experience
- You’ll be a strong administration coordinator
- Previous experience in a fundraising environment is desirable but not essential
What you'll get in return
