Administration Coordinator \ PA

Great opportunity to get into Oil and Gas!
A Japanese owned Oil and Gas company based here in the CBD is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team to cover 6 month maternity leave.

Your role will be a mix of Administration and PA support to the CEO and COO of the company.

Your role will be, but not limited to:
  • Tenancy / Building management liaison
  • Office management - ordering office stationary, kitchen set up, management of office snacks.
  • Calendar management.
  • Expense reconciliation
  • Management of travel and accommodation bookings
  • Company membership renewals.
  • Fleet management.
  • Event coordination and management.
  • Monthly reconciliation of staff leave.
  • Onboarding of new staff starters.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Previous Experience as in a similar role or Administration capacity.
  • Oil and Gas Experience is desirable.
  • Confident using Outlook and MS Office Suite and One Note
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Japanese speaking is a major BONUS!
