Administration Assistant Permanent Role, 60k-70k + Super salary, St Kilda Road Office, Start ASAP

Your new company
An accounting consultancy organisation is searching for an Administration Assistant to join their St Kilda Road office team.

Your new role
  • Answering phones
  • Handling invoicing
  • Debtor chasing
  • Email correspondence
  • ASIC work – incorporating companies and invoicing
  • Tax Administration work eg. lodgements
  • Helping the administration team with their daily tasks
  • Relieving reception when necessary

What you'll need to succeed
  • Excellent time management skills and have the ability to adapt to changing priorities whilst maintaining attention to detail
  • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly with Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience with MYOB Accountants Enterprise, ASIC, Tax Administration, invoicing, debtor chasing would be highly desirable but not essential
  • Ability to problem solve quickly
  • Must have x2 covid vaccinations
