An exciting opportunity to join a reputable Accounting and Business Advisory firm in Melbourne CBD. Due to organic growth my client is currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join their friendly team.
Your new role
In this role you will receive full internal and external training on systems and processes relating to accounting administration. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
• Coordination and management of ASIC
• Corporate compliance
• Notices of Assessments
• Collating documents
• Typing of correspondence
• Creation of invoices
• Assisting the Office Manager with marketing initiatives
• Preparing minutes
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you must have previous experience in an Administration Assistant role, preferably in the Professional Services industry or similar. You will be professionally presented, possess a positive, proactive attitude and a friendly and personable demeanour.
