Administration Assistant

Amazing opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join the team based in Dubbo.
Role Title: Administrative Assistant
Hours: 35-hour week
Salary: $28.47 plus superannuation
Location: Dubbo
Contract: 4-months

Your new company
Hays have partnered with a local government agency you will be supporting the client service delivery team. The primary purpose of this role is to provide a high level of support through managing a range of administrative and client service functions. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant who can join their team on an immediate start, based in Dubbo

Your new role
Your day-to-day duties will include:
  • Responding to over the counter face to face and telephone enquiries, providing information to clients as well as referring client enquiries and information onto client service staff.
  • Shared mail inbox management.
  • Manage client information to ensure confidentiality, accuracy and integrity.
  • Collating and distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Data entry, document management, reporting and filing.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience in an office administration or similar role.
  • Ability to multitask, manage completing deadlines and priorities tasks accordingly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Work & Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an advanced proficiency with time management.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
