Your new company
At Hays we are working with a large construction company based just south of the Brisbane River. They are known for their top standard products and services across the greater Brisbane reason. Going from strength to strength, our client is looking for a highly motivated Accounts / Admin All-Rounder professional to join their team on a 6-month temporary contract.

Your new role
As an Accounts/ Administration All-Rounder, your duties will include but not be limited to:
  • Filing / scanning construction documents
  • Making job folders
  • Quote numbers
  • Purchase orders
  • Reconciling invoices
  • Data entry
  • Taking in bookings and recording any issues
  • Notifying clients / customers of maintenance checks
  • Coordinating/scheduling technicians
  • Ad hoc administration

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Prior experience using XERO
  • Proven track record in high volume administration
  • Refined customer service skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
