What you'll need to succeed
As an experienced Accounts Payable Officer you will be responsible, but not limited to the following:
- Entering invoices into the accounts payable system
- Processing payments
- Matching invoices with purchase orders & resolving any queries
- Liaising with suppliers regarding accounts & setting up new accounts
- Reconciliations
- Management of AP inbox
- Performing ad hoc tasks as required by your supervisor
