This company based on Sydney's Lower North Shore is looking for a Accounts Payable Officer to come in and join the team on a 12 month FTC. This is a newly created position due to an internal project in the company. This will be a part-time role for 3 days a week. This company provides hybrid working environment and on the job training
Your new role
Reporting to the Revenue Manager you will be responsible for:
- Processing, matching and reviewing invoices
- Process cash re-imbursements on a fortnightly basis
- Review and follow up on outstanding credit card expenses
- Setting up new vendors and maintaining vendors records
- Support month-end closing
- Supplier and Credit card reconciliations
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have 2-3 years experience working as a Accounts Payable Officer. The ideal candidate will be immediately available and will have experience using JD Edwards. You will have the ability to work as part of a team and autonomously. You will have the ability to work to build and maintain effective relationships with key internal contacts and external suppliers.
