Your new role
Based in Canberra the Accounts and Payroll Manager plays a key role working with the Group Accountant on the day to financial administration of the Company's Group entities.
Duties include;
- Financial reporting to board and business unit leaders
- Payroll and Employee record keeping
- Record keeping Superannuation
- Payments Banking
- Weekly internal financial reports
- Financial systems maintenance and accuracy
- Creditor payments
- Client invoice preparation
- Monthly BAS and PAYG returns
- Insurance policy payments i.e., cars, workers comp and public liability etc.
- Monthly and quarterly periodic payments
- Client bank account administration and reconciliation
- Record keeping and report input to monthly client property asset reports
- General office duties
