    Hays is proud to partner with one of Australia’s leading Investment organisations in the search for investment service representative. For over 180 years, this Melbourne-based Investment group has been assisting members in creating quality portfolios, they are seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives to assist in finance related enquires whilst also providing excellent service.

    Your new role
    • Deliver exceptional customer service that consistently meets service level agreements, internal professional standards and all regulatory requirements.
    • Connects with customers through empathic listening, asking open questions to provide a platform for customers to engage and delivering a humanistic two way conversation
    • Anticipate customer needs, consistently provide a service standard that makes it easy for the customer
    • Assist in gathering information in order to respond to difficult/technical questions
    • Contribute to a continuous improvement culture
    • Establish and maintain technical knowledge of the company's Wealth product suite both current and legacy to the extent that these can be processed without error
    • Participate and contribute towards the team environment, be prepared to provide an opinion or idea
    • Build and maintain a relationship with key areas of the business such as sales and operations

    What you'll need to succeed
    • 3 years’ experience in the Australian financial services industry in a customer service role is strongly Desired
    • Some understanding of legal, compliance structures impacting investors such as Anti Money Laundering; FATCA; Automatic Exchange of Information Guidance
    • Attention to detail
    • A strong work ethic and passion for excellence in customer service
    • Ability to work within a team environment and navigate a larger business
    • Outstanding communication skills; verbal and written
    • Organisational and time management skills
    • Sets high standard of work for self, delivering consistently and to deadlines
