- Investment Service Representative
- Deliver exceptional customer service that consistently meets service level agreements, internal professional standards and all regulatory requirements.
- Connects with customers through empathic listening, asking open questions to provide a platform for customers to engage and delivering a humanistic two way conversation
- Anticipate customer needs, consistently provide a service standard that makes it easy for the customer
- Assist in gathering information in order to respond to difficult/technical questions
- Contribute to a continuous improvement culture
- Establish and maintain technical knowledge of the company's Wealth product suite both current and legacy to the extent that these can be processed without error
- Participate and contribute towards the team environment, be prepared to provide an opinion or idea
- Build and maintain a relationship with key areas of the business such as sales and operations
- 3 years’ experience in the Australian financial services industry in a customer service role is strongly Desired
- Some understanding of legal, compliance structures impacting investors such as Anti Money Laundering; FATCA; Automatic Exchange of Information Guidance
- Attention to detail
- A strong work ethic and passion for excellence in customer service
- Ability to work within a team environment and navigate a larger business
- Outstanding communication skills; verbal and written
- Organisational and time management skills
- Sets high standard of work for self, delivering consistently and to deadlines
