Your new company
Our client is rewound Oilfield Service Company who works alongside oilfield manufacturing companies in order to provide products across the country. Due to an influx in workload, they are looking for a Mechanical engineer to join their Toowoomba based operations support and special projects team to help support in ensuring high quality deployments of services to customers.

Your new role
In your new role you will be contributing to the upgrade program in order to bring instrumentation systems up to stand. The role entails cataloguing instrumentation devices and systems as well as managing schedule maintenance and calibration of these systems. Throughout the role you will become a subject matter expert on all their instrumentations systems whilst developing recommended spares inventory targets.

What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for a candidate with strong communications skills and qualifications in mechanical or mechatronics engineering. In addition to this you will ideally have experience in troubleshooting mechanical equipment, general knowledge of industrial instrumentation, application of quality assurance systems, knowledge of pumping systems, pipes and valves.

Our client is offering a diverse hands-on engineer support role within a collaborative and supportive team. They are offering a permanent full-time role suggesting between $85,000 – 110,000 + super and potentially additional performance bonuses, depending on the experience of the candidate.
