Your new role
Within your new role you will develop, deliver, and review training across the variety of disciplines within the city council, and ensure compliance with the relevant regulatory bodies. In doing this you will conduct post-training workplace-based Verification of Competency (VOC) including retention of relevant documentation on employee files and providing feedback to supervisors and the coordinator – Learning and development on outcomes and remaining competency gaps.

What you'll need to succeed
You will hold a TAE40116 or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and assessment as well as current ‘RII’ units of competency and experience in operating a variety of equipment and machinery. You will be able to demonstrate experience in conducting competency-based skills assessments across the councils many disciplines. Demonstrated experience designing, delivering and evaluating tailored adult training programs with multiple delivery techniques, adapting to stakeholders and technology across a diverse organisation.

What you'll get in return
This position offers a competitive remuneration package at LGO level 6 with a basic salary of $86,874 - $92,734.
