This is a stand out innovative and forward thinking brand with stores across across Australia, New Zealand and overseas. This is a 12 Month Contract for an HR Manager ( People & Culture ) to cover parental leave and support this successful business through change in 2021.

Your new role
Leading a small team, you will be the Hr Manager, responsible for the management of all HR functions, processes and initiatives for an ANZ workforce of 800 – 1000 employees, as well as strategic coaching and leadership as the business experiences change in 2021.

Key areas will include:
  • Managing a small team in HR and Safety
  • Overseeing and managing the recruitment and onboarding
  • Employee relations expert – advising the business, managers and employees on all facets of Fairwork, awards and EBA interpretation
  • Industrial Relations – potential ro EBA work in 2021
  • Develop and rive talent and engagement strategies for a large network
  • WHS and Compliance
  • Recruitment and onboarding – talent attraction strategies Hr process and policies

Projects may include: engagement surveys and engagement initiatives, change management on restructuring, growth and organisational design, Diversity & Inclusion.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced and passionate HR or People & Culture Manager who has worked in fast paced businesses and teams before. You must have experience of leading a small team and advising and coaching business leaders, ideally having experience o reporting to the CEO, CFO, GM or MD> You will have experience in larger scale business structures with multiple sites across the country, state or store network in retail. You will ideally have experience of IR and unionised workforces for future reference as the business addresses potential EBA. You must be passionate about D&I, have strong well aligned values and really love people and culture.

The salary on offer is $120,000 - $130,000 base + super ( this salary range is fixed and cant increase ). Location is Western Sydney with free parking onsite. This is a full time position based ideally in the office for the majority of the work however there is absolute flexibility on offer too.

12 month contract to start ASAP but can consider a January 2021 start as well. Interview process will move quickly.
