Your new company
This well established business in Sydney's Inner West is looking to expand their team. Specialising in import and development of beverage products they really are a leader in their market.

Your new role
This newly created role is a unique opportunity to learn various elements of the business. Starting in an administrative capacity you will report to the Sales and Operations Manager and your duties will include but not limited to;

  • Customer enquiries by email and phone
  • Chasing clients for overdue accounts
  • Liaising with warehouse for stock availability
  • Customer claims
  • Sales and stock reporting
  • Stock analysis
  • Shipment tracking

What you'll need to succeed
  • Intermediate - advanced Excel including pivot tables and v look ups
  • The role is open to new graduates with some entry level administration experience
  • An interest in the food and beverage industry
  • A graduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Accounting is highly desirable
  • A thirst for learning
  • A proactive and hard working attitude
