HR Officer for Immediate Start in Regional Western Australia

A regional Western Australian local government who are currently going through a busy period.

Your new role
A generalist HR Officer opportunity, supporting the organisation with everything from recruitment and on-boarding, providing advice and guidance and responding to queries, coordination of learning and development requirements and to assist the rest of the team with HR projects. You will join a team of experienced HR professionals who will provide training and support throughout the contract.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be qualified and experienced within human resources, having held a generalist position previously and having managed recruitment and on-boarding activities. In addition to this you will have provided advisory services surrounding policies, procedures and processes and be confident working on HR project initiatives. You will have excellent communication skills and be confident working with blue and white collar teams.

What you'll get in return
A 4-12 week temporary assignment, based in northern Western Australia to support a local government during a busy period. You will be provided with flights and accommodation for the tenure of the role.

You will need to be based in Western Australia and be available immediately to commence a temporary assignment.
