Client Liaison Administrator

Seeking a Client Liaison Administrator with experience in the residential construction industry.

Your new role
As the Client Liaison Administrator, you will act as a focal point of contact for clients throughout the journey of their new home building. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Liaising with allocated client portfolio via phone and email
  • Preparing and conducting new home contract signings with clients
  • Facilitating client files from sales acceptance through to completion
  • Competently completing variations and required design changes to client homes
  • Liaising with internal staff and on-site teams
  • Maintaining database information and workflow
  • Preparing and maintaining client hard files
  • Other ad-hoc administration duties as required

What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the building/ construction industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service
  • Excellent time-management and organisational skills
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • A proactive nature and can-do attitude
