This 3-month contract sits with a reputable Statutory body based in Melbourne's CBD performing varying tasks that will aid the greater team in Managing a large asset portfolio across Victoria.

Your new role

The primary focus of this rile will involve managing enquiries from external stakeholders, developing communications collateral as well as undertaking reporting work and data analysis of the works program. This role would also involve:
  • Promote and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders;
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes;
  • Provide administrative support for projects and the wider team.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Ideally you will have worked in a similar role within the public sector, creating communication materials and writing reports;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage complex issues within a challenging environment;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Driven attitude and ability to work across a fast-paced and positive team.
