Operating nationally, my client manages multiple villages across Australia’s busy mining sector. With a goal to provide safe, comfortable and efficient living environments for their visitors, my client is preferred supplier to many mining companies

Your new role
As the Active Lifestyle Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day to day activities across busy mine site villages, you will carry out duties including but not limited to;
  • Participate and run gym classes and sporting activities
  • Monitor and maintain all sporting, leisure and recreational activities and facilities on site
  • Event management - facilitate and prepare trivia, bingo, darts, pool and poker nights in conjunction to BBQ and pizza nights.
  • Administration duties including weekly reporting and scheduling of events/gym classes etc
  • Liaise with stakeholders and operations to ensure targets are being met
  • Additional adhoc tasks as required by village managers

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will require the following attributes and skills;
  • Certificate IV in Fitness – Essential
  • Group Fitness Qualifications – Desirable
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a fitness facility or similar position
  • Federal Police Clearance within the last 6 months – or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical
  • Current Australian Manual Drivers Licence

Meals & Accommodation will be provided whilst on site.
