HR Advisor

An experienced HR Advisor is required for this newly created permanent position based in Perth CBD.
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor who is passionate about client service and raising the capability of the workforce.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the provision of generalist human resources duties including:

  • End to end recruitment
  • Contract management
  • Onboarding and induction
  • Provision of generalist advice
  • Review and development of HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting the performance review process
  • Assisting with grievance and disciplinary procedures
  • Review and benchmarking for the remuneration cycle
  • Ad hoc project support

To be successful in your application, you will be a Qualified HR Advisor with prior experience of coaching and mentoring line management in HR processes and procedures. You will have prior vocational exposure to the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards, and be able to demonstrate the ability to manage both transactional and operational tasks. You will be hands on, proactive, an effective communicator, thrive in building effective relationships and working within a collaborative team environment.

This is a newly created permanent position within the CBD with sporadic metropolitan site based travel.
