Project Manager | Salesforce Implementation

Project Manager required for 12 month fixed term contract to implement Salesforce into my clients business

Our client is looking for Project Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract to help implement Salesforce into their organisation.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering innovative, well-executed digital solutions and equally meticulous about ensuring they meet requirements.

Your new role
Reporting to the CFO, you will lead the replacement of their current systems with a new system using SalesForce, Outlook and other integrated applications.

You will lead the technology, business process and cultural change required to successfully implement this project. You will be responsible for managing the project resources, suppliers and ensuring that milestones and deliverables are on time, within budget and to the satisfaction of relevant stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience of leading the implementation of Salesforce into a complex environment.
  • Extensive senior project management experience in all elements of a project cycle including the development of detailed project plans, governance, reporting, implementation and post implementation reviews
  • Demonstrated record of sound financial management to ensure corporate projects are delivered within agreed budget and timelines
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and demonstrated capacity to initiate and manage stakeholder relationships and expectations
  • Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills with the proven ability to interpret and present information and the ability to identify and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve potential risks on legislative, industrial relations and policy issues associated with implementation of major projects
  • Proven ability to monitor client and stakeholder satisfaction, and constructively manage stakeholder issues to ensure positive outcomes
  • Knowledge of project management best practice and methodologies (including PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile or MSP)
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite and specifically MS Project
  • Demonstrated expert level written and verbal communication skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of information system elements (hardware, software, network & communications) and their application to business functions & processes
  • Demonstrated experience in complex change projects and programs
  • Expertise in building strong teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals
  • Identify, organise and effectively manage the resources needed to achieve results
  • Build internal and external partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
