Working for an exciting retail technology partner in the new tech hub of Melbourne. This company has grown from 40-120 so it is an exciting time to come on board.

Your new role
You will be sat front of house in an open plan office and be the face of the organisation, taking calls, greeting visitors and booking couriers and meeting rooms. You will also be involved in all office coordination such as ordering and replenishing stationary and snacks, managing any facilities queries and the right person may also be give some light PA duties

What you'll need to succeed
You must have some previous experience working in an office, be proactive and friendly . They want someone who will take ownership of tasks and come up with solutions to problems. They also want someone who enjoys being the go to person in the office.
