Your new role

You will be trained and developed into an industry leading agency recruitment project consultant specialising in Facilities Management; blue collar soft services. This position is ideal for an outgoing, team focused individual with a high level of customer service to ensure key client accounts are fully serviced.

Day to day duties include:
  • Working to achievable KPI’s
  • Conduct independent candidate interviews
  • Source, screen and build a large portfolio of suitable candidates
  • Gain exclusivity from key accounts by proactively marketing your candidates
  • Manage a high level of temporary job placements
  • Consult with your clients and candidates throughout the employment life cycle

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experienced in high volume recruitment or scheduling (preferred)
  • Resilience & confidence
  • Team focused
  • Able to build rapport and maintain long standing relationships with existing clients
  • Performance and outcome driven
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • Full working rights in Australia
