Customer Contact Officer

Seeking experienced contact centre professionals for a large not-for-profit organisation

This organisation is a not-for-profit organisation, they are one of the largest Age Care providers. They provide a list of services and take pride in delivering the highest level of service and being an equal opportunity employee

Your new role
  • You will be on a rotating roster Monday to Sunday between 5am – 11pm
  • Attend to all client enquiries via inbound/outbound telephone calls
  • Strong verbal communication skills - bi-lingual Russian/English skills very highly regarded
  • Maintain client rosters in accordance with service requests and Support Worker availability
  • Allocate Support Workers to shifts and ensure accurate recording of information in database, Through the matching and rostering of Support Workers, ensure that the service plans of clients are implemented in an efficient and appropriate manner

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience in a Contact Centre preferably in Aged / Community Care
  • Demonstrated experience in client rostering and scheduling preferable
  • Strong time management and record management skills
  • You will need to have the ability to work cohesively within a team
  • environment and be able to multitask
  • Must be flexible with hours
