Hays Recruitment are seeking a Second in Charge Mechanic for a Workshop in Geelong. Your responsibilities will include allocating jobs, managing the workflow to maximise productivity and providing technical training to all team members.

What you'll need to succeed
• Previous experience as a Workshop Controller or senior technician
• Certificate III Automotive (Mechanical – Light Vehicle)
• Valid Australian drivers licence
• Availability to work a minimum of every second Saturday
• Vast mechanical/tyre knowledge across a range of vehicle brands and types
