Your new company
You will be working for a public sector organisation, based centrally on the Gold Coast. This is a great opportunity to work with a well-respected organisation supporting and servicing the community. Highly experienced Call Centre Consultants are required to work within a large team on a 6 month contract with the possibility of converting to a direct employee after 3 months.
Your new role
You will be required to handle inbound calls and emails, answering a variety of queries from members of the public utilising internal systems. Providing excellent customer service on every call, providing advice and directing calls appropriately.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will have and be able to demonstrate:
What you'll get in return
- At least 18 months inbound call centre experience
- Typing speed of at least 40 wpm with good accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work between 7am – 6pm Monday – Friday on a rotating roster basis (rosters published 4 weeks in advance)
- Able to attend a virtual assessment centre
You will be given 4 weeks classroom training and post-training support. You will benefit from a medium term contract for 6 months, with the possibility of being taken on direct by the organisation after 3 months. You will join a friendly, supportive team within the public sector based on the Gold Coast. You will also receive a competitive hourly rate.
